Cadence Gateway

Cadence Gateway is a new retail and pad-site development by Paramount Development in the rapidly growing Cadence community of Henderson. Strategically positioned at the signalized intersection of Boulder Highway and Warm Springs Road, the project is planned to feature a dynamic mix of retail, dining, drive-thru, tavern, car wash, and neighborhood-serving uses.
